CREATING A WELCOME ENVIRONMENT
It came to my attention recently that a number of people find it difficult to connect into the Church, when they first visit and I'd love for us to make EVERY single person feel SO welcome when they come. I'd love you to help as one of the more outgoing members of the Church!!
So here are my suggestions on how to help people connect in straight away.
CHAT! COME INTO CHURCH LOOK FOR NEW PEOPLE AND SIT WITH THEM & INTRODUCE YOURSELF
OPEN! OPEN CONVERSATION WITH THEM
MINGLE! INTRODUCE THEM TO PEOPLE YOU KNOW AFTER THE SERVICE
EVENT! INVITE TO AN EVENT - HUB, NEWCOMERS EVENING, OTHER SOCIALS OR HAVE COFFEE WITH THEM AFTER.
